Before joining cardiothoracic surgery, Chad built a diverse clinical background with experience in emergency medicine, military medicine, and critical care. He has worked as an emergency department technician, military service member, and physician assistant in both emergency medicine and cardiothoracic surgery. This broad foundation allows him to approach each patient with clinical expertise, adaptability, and a focus on individualized care.
